Agency Commission:

Current Accounts:

Net 30 days when satisfactory credit rating exits. Interest charge of 1-1/2% per month of 18% per year charges on all balance unpaid within 30 days of invoice.
New Accounts:
Pre-payment of first ad. Net 30 days thereafter when satisfactory credit rating exists. Interest charge of 1-1/2% per month, 18% per year is charged on all balances unpaid within 30 days.

www.exhibitbuilder.net, is the premier Internet resource and advertising center for designers/builders, producers in the trade show, museum, theatrical, retail, architectural, and Point-of-Purchase industries.

EXHIBIT BUILDER Online brings advertisers:

Banner/Category Specifications:

* Banner ads are rotated in order (1-10) every time a web page is loaded, (a maximum of 10 ads per page).
* Ads are sold quarterly, semiannually or annually (minimum quarterly.)
* All banner/category advertising is agency commissionable (15%) if the advertiser provides material.

Single Page Banner Advertising – Available on almost every page of Exhibit Builder Online. Banner ads are rotated and placed at the top of a specified web page in the site, each time the page is loaded.

Exhibit Builder Online offers advertisers a low-cost way to reach and influence important prospects. You can put your company’s product or service in front of thousands of qualified decision makers each month, deliver a targeted message, and increase traffic to your Web site all for one low price.

* Add a direct link to your company website and e-mail address from your listings on EXHIBIT BUILDER’s Online Source Book Directory for all the categories you maintain in the printed version of the Source Book. The fee for this service is only $250.00 annually.
* Add a 4/color logo or photo for an additional $400.00 annually.
* Add both a 4-color logo and photo for an additional $650.00 annually.

All Industry Links and Banner Ads will run indefinitely until we receive notice in writing to discontinue service.

Terms

An insertion order must be filled out completely, signed and delivered before the material due date. Reservations will not be held without a signed insertion.

Advertisers will be invoiced quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Advertising will not appear on Exhibit Builder Online until we receive a minimum quarterly payment in full. All other payments are due 30 days from invoice. Note: All Industry Links and Banner Ads will run indefinitely until we receive notice in writing to discontinue service. All terms and rates are subject to change.

Mechanical and Technical Requirements

Ad content is determined by the advertiser, however, we reserve the right to reject any advertising which is not in good taste or contains misleading or inaccurate information.

Materials are due to Exhibit Builder Online no later than 7 days prior to advertising start date and must adhere to the technical specifications. Advertising start dates occur on the first day of each week. If a start date coincides with a weekend or holiday, it will occur on the prior business day.

* No other banner sizes will be accepted. (6″ x 1″)

* Animated Banner Ads GIF89 only. Must be accompanied by a non-animated GIF, 4 frames maximum
